Nimbus and Cumulus: the luxury bell tents of OSSO
There are two types of luxury bell tents available, named Nimbus and Cumulus. The tents are quite similar, but the biggest difference is their shape. Nimbus has the classic round shape, while Cumulus is and extended version because of the base with right angles. This makes Cumulus the most spacious option. There is enough space for up to five persons. The smallest version of the Nimbus has room for 3 persons and the biggest has room for four persons. Different layouts are possible, that is all up to you, but we are more than happy to give advice!
The luxury bell tents are designed to withstand anything. The fabric has a UV protection and anti-mildew coating to ensure the materials last as long as possible. And setting up the tents? That’s an easy job! With two persons you will be done in only 20 to 35 minutes per tent.
Durable and strong fabrics
A luxury bell tent needs strong fabrics to make it last longer. We found that the industry standard tent fabrics couldn’t live up to our expectations, so we decided to make our own. Each fabric is developed by our in-house fabric development and innovation team. We use client feedback to keep improving them. By listening to what you need for your tents, we can develop better fabrics. For our luxury bell tents, we use the TC-320 ripstop fabric. This is our most lightweight fabric. It is woven in a double thread grid giving it a very high rip and tensile strength. The fabric contains 35% cotton to create better breathability for extra comfort during summer.
