OSSO high performance outdoor fabrics.

We weren’t satisfied with the strength and durability of industry standard tent fabrics. So we started making our own, for our own tents and our clients.

Each fabric is developed by our in-house fabric development and innovation team, and every innovation is based on client feedback. We listen to what you need for your tents, then develop stronger, better fabrics in line with what you’ve told us.

To keep your tents in top condition, for as long as possible, Osso Fabrics have: premium anti-mildew and UV-resistant treatments; the right balance between fabric weight and durability; ripstop fabrics with superior tensile strength.

TC-320 Ripstop.

Our most lightweight fabric, ideal for mid-size and portable tents. It’s woven in a double thread grid for a significantly higher rip and tensile strength.

A high cotton ratio creates more breathability for extra comfort in summer.

TC-420 Ripstop.

Our heavier ripstop tent fabric, ideal for tents that stand outside all year.

This fabric has an even higher tearing strength than PC-320 Ripstop, ensuring maximum durability and extending the lifetime of the tent for even longer.

PP-450 solution dyed.

Our most colour-fast fabric, ideal for tents that stand in the sun.

This solution-dyed fabric retains its colour for longer and offers the highest UV protection available and is extra breathable.

It's also more sustainable. Solution dyeing fibres requires significantly less water than batch-dyeing, with considerably fewer chemicals released from the overall process, and a high saving in CO₂e emissions too.

It’s a lightweight and breathable fabric that retains heat – so it keeps tents warmer in cold weather and cooler in summer – making tents comfortable throughout the year.
