Cirrus® is a tent that gives all the light and space you could wish for. To allow light to stream inside, we gave Cirrus® a full glass fronting with a wooden frame. The combination with a curved high-rise ceiling creates amazing views out of the tent, and luxurious space inside.
The walls are made from 420 gr/m2 polycotton OSSO® fabric with a 650 gr/m2 PVC roof, which offers the perfect balance between breathability and tensile strength, comfort, and durability. For extra UV protection you can upgrade to OSSO® PP450 solution dyed fabric and add a roof with acrylic coating 1050 gr/m2. Both materials have a mildew-resistance treatment that protects against discolouration and mould. The removable front wall can be delivered in both a wooden frame with glass or a fabric wall with marine grade clear PVC.

The tent frame of the Cirrus® is made with glulam. We chose glulam not only because of its strength or stability, but because of its reduced impact on the environment. As it’s made of individual laminates of construction timber, glulam represents more efficient use of material, and using locally grown timber also reduces haulage impact. On top of that, the strength of the glulam construction is on par with a steel frame. All in all, it’s the perfect material to use for the curved ridge of the Cirrus®.
The higher ceiling gives a very spacious feeling to the Cirrus® tent. Even more so when equipped with the glass front. Prefer the front to be made of fabric? That is possible as well! And while the roof creates more space inside, it allows rain and dirt to disperse more easily on the outside.
Every material used in the Cirrus® tent has been developed and produced in-house to offer maximum strength and durability. The tent is made with 420 gr/m2 polycotton, and woven with a reinforced ripstop. This creates incredible tensile strength. For extra quality, you can upgrade to PP-450 solution dyed fabric in combination with a acrylic coated roof.
Our latest engineering innovation is a streamlined tension ratchet. Its sleek design is more compact and less clunky than the market norm, and its stainless steel is strong enough to last for years.
Below you will find the specifications of the Cirrus® tents. Please note that if these do not meet your requirements, you can always contact us to see what the possibilities are. We would love to help you with the optimal solution for your campsite!
Measuring is knowing. We therefore use engineering software (RFEM) to build all our tent structures in-house and then calculate everything. To calculate a structure, you have to use certified timber. The glulam we use for the Cirrus tents has a C24 strength certification.
